Discover how InnoTractor partners with leading organizations to deliver sustainable, data-driven solutions across complex industries. From aviation and port logistics to healthcare, our technology connects systems, streamlines processes, and creates measurable value where it matters most.

Case Study: Hyperion

In the Hyperion project, InnoTractor collaborates with KLM Engineering & Maintenance and the Dutch Ministry of Defence to enable a fully data-driven approach to aircraft maintenance.

By using real-time sensor data, digital part passports, and smart contracts, the project delivers a maintenance chain that is fully traceable and highly predictable.

The system automates work orders, planning, and component tracking, resulting in reduced downtime, lower maintenance costs, and improved safety across both civil and military aviation.

Case Study: Sea and inland ports containers

In collaboration with the Ministry of Infrastructure, Connekt, and key logistics partners, InnoTractor is building a secure digital infrastructure for container logistics in the Port of Rotterdam. The initiative tackles fragmented supply chains, outdated paper-based processes, and disconnected systems by implementing standardized digital freight documents (eCMR), secure data sharing via dataspaces, and real-time planning tools.

As part of the Dutch Digital Infrastructure for Logistics (DIL) program, the solution enables greater transparency, automation, and control across the chain — improving efficiency, supporting sustainability, and fostering trusted collaboration among over 20 logistics stakeholders.

Case Study: Connected POCT

InnoTractor’s Connected POCT solution enables secure, real-time diagnostics at the point of care — without relying on local IT infrastructure. Designed for labs, GPs, and emergency services, the system addresses common challenges such as stock visibility, fragmented reporting, and data oversight.

Using encrypted IoT communication and centralized dashboards, it provides live insights into test activity and reagent inventory, enabling auto-replenishment and reducing waste. Fully GDPR-compliant and plug-and-play, the solution supports mobile use in ambulances and remote locations, improving lab control, operational efficiency, and healthcare accessibility across regions.
